Alistair has been a Canberra resident for 13 years, originally hailing from Hillston, NSW.
Alistair came to Canberra Men's Centre in 2008 with a wealth of experience in personal and couple counselling, family dispute resolution, mediation, adolescents and youth at risk. He is a registered FDR practitioner with the federal Attorney General's Department and an accredited Mediator. Alistair holds a Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology (Charles Sturt University), and is trained in Systems and Narrative approaches to couple and personal counselling, Child Inclusive Practice, and supervision of counsellors and mediators. His previous employment has included Relationships Australia, Marymead Child and Family Centre, Weston Creek Community Service, Charles Sturt University, Green Corps and Environmental Outcomes Inc.
